Dr. Anand Menon CEO and Success Sculptor of Lion Edge Consultancy LLC-FZ. He is recognized internationally for his inspirational work in the domains of training and development, life transformation, coaching and motivation. Dr. Menon has a proven track record in sales and sales management training, human potential engagement, leadership and management development.

Dr. Menon has an Executive Doctoral Degree (Ed.D) in Education Psychology and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development and Management. He draws his technical expertise from over 25 years of learning, personal development and accreditations with internationally recognized human behavior and ‘whole brain’ profiling companies. He is a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE). Dr. Menon is also an accredited facilitator for the DISC and HBDI behavior and brain-based profiling systems.
Dr. Menon has consulted, trained and coached thousands of professionals in more than 15 countries on 3 continents. With training and exposure to audiences ranging from 10 to over 50,000 people, he delivers his workshops and speaking engagements in a crisp, motivational, thought-provoking and illuminating manner that personally challenges his audiences to inspired action.
Dr. Menon has held senior management positions in the Middle East with dynamic business conglomerates like Emirates Airlines and DAMAC Properties besides coaching and training for EMAAR, Aldar Properties, DAMAC Properties, SOBHA Developers, The Heart Of Europe (The Kleindienst Group), Eagle Hills, and NSHAMA among others. He is also engaged with Dubai’s top real estate brokerages, investment companies, airlines and hospitality sectors. He also works to enhance performance with eight of the top banks in the UAE. Dr. Anand has worked closely with CEOs, Executive Boards, Internationally acclaimed speakers and entrepreneurs to deliver training and learning value to more than 18,000 professionals. He is also the first international trainer sponsored by the United Nations to support the government of Somaliland in training employees in their telecom and front end business corporations.
